Meaning of Long Jump
The long jump is a track and field event where an athlete attempts to jump as far as possible from a takeoff point into a landing area, usually a sandpit.

- Takeoff: The athlete leaps off one foot to gain height and distance.
- Flight: The athlete positions their body to maintain balance in the air.
- Landing: The athlete lands in the sandpit with both feet, trying to maximize distance.
