Instructional Objectives
At the end of the lesson, pupils should be able to:
- Identify at least five safety rules to follow when swimming, explaining why each rule is important.
- Demonstrate proper behavior in a swimming environment, including following instructions from an adult and using safety equipment.
- Express the importance of swimming safety through role-play or discussions about safe and unsafe swimming practices.

Before starting this lesson, pupils should already know:
- Basic swimming concepts and skills discussed in previous lessons.
- General rules about being safe during physical activities.
- The importance of listening to adults for safety.
