Pupils should already be familiar with the concept of technology and its different forms (underdeveloped and developed). They should also know examples of developed technology from the previous lessons.

- Smartboards: Special boards where teachers can write and display lessons, similar to a whiteboard but interactive.
- Educational Apps: Apps on smartphones and tablets that help pupils to learn topics like math, reading, and science.
